SHIPPING POLICY - SWISS RED AND WHITE
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service to our local customers.
2. Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipment from our European fulfillment centers (primarily located in Poland and the Czech Republic).

Shipping Time: After processing, estimated delivery to Switzerland is 5 to 10 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their toys within 7-13 business days after purchase.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to offer competitive rates and, from time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since our products are dispatched from our European partner warehouses to ensure a curated selection of high-quality toys:

Import VAT and Customs: The customer is the importer of record. Your order may be subject to Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) and customs clearance fees charged by Swiss Post or the carrier.

Payment: These charges are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery or via an invoice sent later. Swiss Red and White is not responsible for these additional charges.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your toys' journey to your home.
6. Undelivered Packages If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was not collected from the post office, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
