What kind of toys do you offer?
We curate a selection of Montessori-inspired and Waldorf-inspired toys, sensory toys, and educational accessories designed for children from newborn to 7 years old.
Our focus is on creativity, development, and safe learning experiences.
Are your toys safe for children?
We prioritize suppliers within the European Economic Area (such as Poland and the Czech Republic) who comply with CE marking and EN 71 safety standards whenever applicable.
For selected products sourced internationally, we carefully review product descriptions and safety guidelines before offering them.
⚠️ Adult supervision is always recommended, especially for children under 3 years old.
Why do wooden toys have small variations?
Many of our toys are made from natural wood.
Wood grain, knots, and slight color variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted materials and are not considered defects.
Each piece is unique — just like your child.
What age range are your products suitable for?
Our products are designed for children from 0 to 7 years old.
Each product page includes recommended age guidelines. Please always ensure the toy is appropriate for your child’s age and developmental stage.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 5–10 business days
Most customers receive their order within 7–13 business days.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are dispatched from our European partner fulfillment centers (primarily Poland and the Czech Republic).
In some cases, selected products may be shipped from international warehouses to ensure availability and competitive pricing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Do I have to pay customs or import VAT?
Since some products are dispatched from European partner warehouses, customers are considered the importer of record.
Your order may be subject to Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) and customs handling fees charged by Swiss Post or the carrier.
These charges are not controlled by Swiss Red and White.
💳 Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes.
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
